We carefully prepare and ship all Beauty Javana orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 10–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

If your Beauty Javana order arrives damaged, defective, broken, or contains the wrong item, please contact us at support@Beautyjavana.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include clear photos or video of the issue.

• Refund or replacement: Approved quality issues may qualify for a refund or replacement.
• No return usually needed: You generally will not need to return the item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

We do not offer free returns or exchanges for personal reasons, including changing your mind, ordering the wrong size or item, or not liking the product. If a personal-reason return is approved, you are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse and must receive authorization from us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund.
